Retail Customers: We accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days following receipt of your order. Simply send it back to us following the Return Procedure below for a full refund (less a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs).
Wholesale Customers: We offer store credit only for all unused and unopened products for up to 30 days following receipt of your order.
Missing or Damaged Items: All missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Defective Products: Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy.
Return Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for return shipping postage and fees. For items returned which qualified for free shipping, original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Exceptions: The following items are non-returnable (all sales final): water tanks, digital paint gauges, made-to-order items, and closeouts.
BEFORE YOU SHIP PRODUCT(S) BACK, please email Customer Service at info@ShowShineGarage to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipments received by us without an RMA number on the outside of the box and completed RMA Form inside the box will be refused.
When packaging your items for shipping, write the RMA number on the outside packaging in large, easily visible letters, and include a copy of the original invoice and completed RMA Form in the box. We strongly recommend packing any items with fragile components with sufficient padding. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment of the order, within 24 hours of the time your order was placed. Orders canceled after 24 hours prior to shipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be subtracted from the credit amount issued to your credit card or PayPal account. ShowShineGarage.com guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer's information included with your new product. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
